Van Nelle Fabriek, Rotterdam

ZIE 2023 is the central meeting place for the technological industry from South Holland

Zuid-Holland has all the ingredients to achieve strong economic growth: a solid industrial history, over 30,000 manufacturing companies and suppliers, a focus on aerospace, agri & horticulture, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering, and a hefty dose of ambition. These ingredients also offer the opportunity to play a key role in digitalisation, energy transition and the circular economy. Those transitions require technological innovations, but for that cross-sector collaboration and knowledge sharing is essential. After all, together we know more than one. This philosophy is the basis of the ZIE 2023: the technology industry event jointly organised by Hi Delta and Mikrocentrum on 21 March at the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam.

By joining forces, Hi Delta, as a network organisation for the South Holland technological industry, and Mikrocentrum, as a platform organisation and event organiser for the high-tech and manufacturing industry, are realising a central meeting place to realise their stated ambitions. ZIE 2023: the technology industry connects South-Holland manufacturing companies, suppliers, knowledge institutions, educators and governments to promote crossovers between sectors and realise a joint approach to social issues.
