The Leiden-Delft-Erasmus universities alliance is located in the Dutch province South Holland close to the majority of the Dutch space sector. The LDE Space for Science & Society programme is therefore not only intended for collaboration between the universities but also with the space research institutes and industry. Our researchers work together with researchers from local and international research institutes to advance space capabilities and use for daily life. Among these research institutes are:
- The European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESA-ESTEC)
- The Netherlands Institute for Space Research (SRON)
- The Galileo Reference Center (GRC)
- The Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR)
- The Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO)
- The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI)
Check our Partners page for more information about our collaborations with the space sector in research and education or explore the various ways how you can partner up with us and do not hesitate to contact our programme manager if you have any questions.
